● This product is mainly used in printing ink, paint, coating and other industries, can be linked with the substrate and ink, coating body in the active groups such as hydroxyl, carboxyl, etc. cross-linking reaction, forming a bridge, so that the molecular weight increases, so that heat resistance, chemical resistance, water resistance and many other properties are improved. The resin and the substrate through the bridge effect of titanate finally make the ink, coating adhesion is improved. Due to the easy reaction to moisture, this product can also be used as a water absorbent in inks and paints. In the polymerization reaction, can be used for polyester and esterification reaction catalyst. The general dosage is between 0.2 and 5%. The isopropyl alcohol solution (0.1-5%) of this product can be directly coated on the material as a primer to enhance adhesion. If the relative humidity can be controlled and heated to 80-100 ℃, the effect will be better.
