4. performance and application
● This product is mainly used for printing ink, paint, coating and other industries, can be linked with the substrate and ink, coating active groups such as hydroxyl, carboxyl,-NH2,-CONH2,-SH cross-linking reaction, the formation of bridge, the molecular weight increases, so that the heat resistance, chemical resistance, water resistance and many other properties are improved. The resin and the substrate through the bridge effect of titanate finally make the ink, coating adhesion is improved. Due to the easy reaction to moisture, this product can also be used as a water-absorbing agent in inks and paints. In the polymerization reaction, can be used as polyester and esterification reaction catalyst. The general dosage is between 0.2 and 5%. The isopropyl alcohol solution (0.1 - 5%) of this product can be directly coated on the material as a primer to enhance adhesion. If the relative humidity can be controlled between 30% - 60% and heated to 80-100oC, the effect will be better.

● Storage and validity: sealed stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place, away from light, heat insulation, valid for one year, expired products can only be used after passing the test.
