5. performance and application
● PP, PE film
The starch, talc and calcium carbonate treated by this product are used in PE film, which can improve the thermal stability of PE film, no foaming when blowing film, easy dispersion of filler and good mechanical properties. The light transmittance is particularly pronounced in transparent masterbatch products.
● Polyolefin materials
This product is used to treat talc, calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, aluminum hydroxide, silica clay, clay, carbon black, ferrite and other fillers. Active fillers are filled with polyolefins such as PP, PE, PVC and so on. It can improve the mechanical properties of products, especially impact strength and elongation, reduce the melt viscosity of composite materials, and improve the thermal stability, surface finish and dimensional stability of composite materials. Increase the filling amount, reduce the amount of resin and reduce the cost.
● Rubber products
This product can be used in various rubber products to improve the tear strength and elongation at break of the products. They are particularly effective for systems such as calcium carbonate-polysulfide liquid rubber, carbon black-natural rubber, calcium hydroxide-fluororubber, silica/silica rock-silicone rubber, silica-oxyvulcanized polyethylene.
● Magnetic recording materials
The magnetic powder treated by this product can improve its dispersion on the substrate and the adhesion to the polymer, and can greatly increase the content of magnetic powder, so that the magnetic recording material has good fluidity, coatability, high shear strength, low magnetic defects and good toughness.
