● Masterbatch
The filler filled with polyolefin resin treated by this product can improve the compatibility of filler and resin, easy to disperse, mainly improve the mechanical properties of products, improve thermal stability, surface finish, dimensional stability, increase the filling amount, reduce the amount of resin, reduce the cost. At the same time, it can reduce the melt viscosity during processing, improve processing performance, reduce mechanical wear, and increase productivity. Therefore, it is widely used in non-woven filling masterbatch, transparent masterbatch, defoaming masterbatch and other masterbatch industries. In particular, in a transparent masterbatch, the transparency can be improved.
● Wood-plastic composites
This product can improve the interface affinity between wood powder, bamboo powder or rice husk powder and polyolefin resin, and can well transfer the stress between the filler and the resin, so as to enhance the strength of the composite material. In improving the mechanical properties, especially the impact strength is far superior to ordinary aluminate coupling agent.
● Pipe and profile
This product can greatly increase the filling amount, while retaining the excellent mechanical properties of the material, such as tensile strength, elongation at break, impact strength, etc. It can improve the surface finish of the product and can enhance the filling effect.
● Applicable resin: PP, PE, PVC and other polyolefin resin, especially suitable for PP, PE resin.
● Applicable fillers: calcium carbonate, talc, aluminum hydroxide, calcium oxide, wood powder, starch, carbon black and other inorganic fillers.

● Storage and validity period: sealed and stored in a cloudy, dry and ventilated place, protected from light and heat insulation. The validity period is one year, and the expired products can only be used after passing the test.
